Superstar Rajnikanth, post the average result of Kaala, has been starring in his 165th film in the direction of Karthik Subbaraj of Iraivi, Pizza, and Jigarthanda fame, and this movie has been progressing steadily at Darjeeling, where college episodes are being shot.
With the official announcement made regarding the inclusion of Simran and Nawazuddin Siddiqui to the cast, several important updates about the movie are out now. The movie reportedly has Superstar playing a college professor in a blazer-clad, bearded stylish look, and doubling up as a don fighting evil in the night. Now reports confirmed that Trisha is just doing a cameo.
3 stunt sequences have been choreographed by Peter Hein, where Superstar fights against anti-social elements entering the college. Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi will reportedly join the team at its Lucknow schedule which begins after the team wraps its next schedule planned at a Madurai set erected in EVP theme park, Poonamallee, Chennai.
