Actor jai was last seen on screen in Jarugandi directed by debutant Pichumani and is now working on an action thriller named as Breaking News which is helmed by a newbie named Andrew Pandian and bankrolled by norway based producer Thirukadal Udhayam.
Breaking news is about a common citizen played by jai who becomes a superhero due to situations and he gets to romance Telugu Bigg Boss fame actress Bhanusree who will be seen in two looks.
Breaking news will have rahul dev and dev gillplaying deadly antagonist brothers with one brainy and one brawny villain. It must be noted that Thala Ajith had rahul dev as a villain in Vedhalam, while vijay had dev gillas a villain in Suraa.
