Rising star Siva karthikeyan's last release was Mr. Local which was helmed by M.Rajesh, after the disastrous Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru. This comedy caper also featured Lady Superstar Nayanthara, yogi Babu, Satish and it was a huge disaster.
Siva karthikeyan is simultaneously working on movies with Ravikumar Rajendran, the scifi Movie costarring rakul preet singh and Irumbuthirai fame PS Mithran directorial Hero and is all set for his next movie.
Siva karthikeyan and director pandiraj combo will begin shooting for SK16 from last month. Costarring aishwarya Rajesh, the yet to be titled movie will have cinematography by Nirav Shah and bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Now, the team has approached Samantha for a special song and she is yet to give her nod. It should be noted that Samantha earlier worked with him for 'seema Raja'.
